Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

If your order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may return the items according to our standard return policy after receiving them.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays or may not be eligible for refund. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that are not the result of our error. If you received a discount or promotion on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the actual price paid after discounts.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment processor, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details and proof of return shipment. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processors to resolve any issues. Please allow up to 14 business days for the resolution of refund inquiries.
